Job Description
Health & Safety Coordinator role responsible for implementing Minto's team-oriented health and safety program across construction and multi-residential sites in Calgary. The role involves monitoring and maintaining compliance with health and safety legislation, conducting regular site inspections, and delivering health and safety orientations and training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience
- Working toward or holding NCSO; strong knowledge of OHS regulations
- CRSP or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate considered an asset
- Post secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is an asset
- Standard First Aid; Advanced First Aid, CPR, and Fall Protection certifications are assets
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
