Health and Safety Coordinator

The Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting a safe work environment, providing support and guidance to employees, and ensuring the successful execution of the Occupational Health & Safety program. The role involves leading by example, delivering safety orientations, coordinating emergency response training, and participating in incident investigations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong understanding of applicable safety legislation and regulations in British Columbia and Alberta
• Formal training in incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) certification is preferred
