Requirements
- High School Diploma or College Diploma in Construction, Home Building, Administration or related discipline
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in a customer service role
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
- Tarion Warranty Corporation Construction Performance Guidelines and Warranty Coverage
- Knowledge of construction processes and repair methods
- Strong knowledge of the Minto New Home Manual
- Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
