Job Description
As a Warranty Technician, you’ll support the warranty team to ensure all warrantable items are completed promptly for our homeowners. This role involves contributing to exceptional customer experience, delivering on schedule, and upholding Minto’s core values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is an asset.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience; on-the-job training is essential.
- General knowledge of residential construction repairs.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
- Independent worker.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Team player.
- Flexible to move to different projects and jobs.
- Attention to detail.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
