Front Office Assistant

Miracle-Ear is seeking a driven individual to become our next Front Desk Associate. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the customer's first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a direct customer support role
• Administrative, front office, or patient care coordinator background
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calling
• Appointment scheduling and quality phone etiquette
• Sales-minded and takes initiative
• Adaptable and detail oriented, with an outgoing, positive demeanor
• Computer literacy, ability to accurately document and file records
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and navigating technology systems
