Requirements
- Review HR documents and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
- Provide guidance and support to administrative staff on processes, documentation standards, and customer service expectations
- Respond to escalated or complex applicant and employee inquiries by phone and email
- Compile, track, and evaluate data to support program goals, reporting, and workflow management
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and pre-employment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for HR teams and leadership
- Monitor assignments, deadlines, and task progress to support team operations
- Support classification, staffing, or employee services teams with specialized administrative tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist leadership with special projects, high-visibility tasks, and process improvements
