Knowledge & Product Content Intern

Join our Customer Support & Training team as an intern to create and design educational materials for Mirakl's platform. Collaborate with Training and Product content teams to empower customers and internal teams through world-class training content and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field
• Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
