Job Description
The Hard Services Team Leader is responsible for all Maintenance and facilities work. This role requires a team leader with experience in hospitality/theme parks, a strong understanding of MEP systems, and proficiency in computer skills. The position involves managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adhering to international and local regulations.
Requirements
- Hospitality or Theme Park environment FM trainings including MEP systems and civil works
- Computer Literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the maintenance field (either hospitality or theme park)
- Technical experience with HVAC-R/BMS, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Landscaping
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of international and local regulations
