
Job description
The Mechanical Engineer will design, analyze, and create documentation for specialized nuclear fabrications, ensuring they meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong knowledge of nuclear codes and standards, project management, manufacturing, and quality assurance within a highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include performing Engineering analysis, developing manufacturing process plans, reviewing designs and shop capabilities, and coordinating with departmental teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet all requirements.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent design activities under tight timelines, and excellent communication and presentation skills for interfacing with team.
