Manager, Contracts Management

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Contracts Manager to partner with internal stakeholders to draft, redline, review, negotiate and execute clear agreements with external business partners and providers. The role requires significant experience in contracts drafting and negotiations in the pharma industry, as well as experience working in fast-paced, start-up, high growth environments.

Requirements

• Structure, draft, redline, review and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Utilize and champion the CLM platform
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Manage electronic execution of agreements
• Assist with other projects as needed/requested
