Job Description
Soleno Therapeutics, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics for the treatment of rare diseases. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to manage our contracting process.
Requirements
- Prepare, draft, negotiate, review, and support various agreements under attorney supervision
- Coordinate requests from internal clients for various contracts and statements of work
- Identify and clearly communicate issues that require attorney input and know when to escalate complex or high-risk matters
- Manage full contract lifecycle, including inflow and outflow of contracts, tracking and reporting contract status
- Assess potential contract management systems and tools and recommend solutions to streamline contract lifecycle processes
- Partner with the in-house legal team to help create new and update existing templates
- Establish and foster strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners and service providers
- Serve as an internal resource for questions relating to contract-related matters and other matters as warranted
- Support legal and compliance initiatives and projects
- Assist with special projects, as needed
