Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to head up the kitchen in our award-winning brunch concept in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar busy brunch environment and be able to work calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar busy brunch environment
- Natural hands-on leader with experience running large 7-day a week sites
- Great experience working with fresh produce and a flair for creative menu creation
