Head chef required for a popular gastro pub restaurant in Maidstone, Kent. Must have proven experience in quality gastro pubs, strong leadership and technical skills, and a genuine passion for cooking. The role involves menu creation, daily kitchen operations, stock control, and due diligence. Salary £36-38k per annum.

- Proven Head Chef experience gained within quality Gastro fresh food site
- Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill
- Genuine Passion to Cook
- Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively
- Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
