Job Description
This role involves providing targeted, non-clinical mental health and psychosocial support to children, young people, and families experiencing or exposed to family and domestic violence. The successful candidate will deliver holistic, strengths-based case management, including developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing individualised case plans and safety plans.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Social Welfare, Social Science, Youth Work, Community Services, or related field
- At least one to two years of experience in family and domestic violence, youth work, or case management
- Demonstrated trauma-informed practice capability
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, protocols, and community dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
