Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working within homelessness, housing support, domestic and family violence, or community services sectors.
- Experience supporting individuals and families with complex needs, including homelessness, mental health, substance use, family violence, and housing instability.
- Demonstrated case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, and client support skills.
- Ability to engage respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and work effectively within regional and remote communities.
- Current unrestricted Driver Licence.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate desirable but not essential.
