Fundraising Operations Analyst to support the success of fundraising teams by ensuring systems, tools, and processes run efficiently. Work in a hybrid environment with Mission Australia, a nonprofit organization.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms used in fundraising (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud CRM, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo)
- Skilled in system troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational support to ensure fundraising initiatives and donor activities run smoothly
- Understanding of fundraising processes, donor journeys, and data governance within a nonprofit context
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with fundraising, IT, finance, and cross-functional teams
- Experience in creating and delivering training, documentation, and enablement materials to support system adoption and staff capability
- Awareness of fundraising compliance, privacy legislation, and data protection, ensuring systems and processes meet regulatory requirements
