We are seeking a driven and results-focused fundraiser to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in South Australia, with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will utilize their strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage high-net-worth individuals, nurture major donor relationships, corporate partners, and drive philanthropic and corporate portfolio growth.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or public relations
- Proven ability to engage and negotiate with HNWIs, Corporate Partners and senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, best practices, and ethical standards
- Exceptional relationship management and donor stewardship skills
- Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and achieving fundraising targets
