Job Description
The Mission Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager - Youth Focused to perform brief assessments, develop action plans, and link patients to community services. The position reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Counseling and requires a starting hourly rate range of $29.36 to $31.46 with full benefits.
