Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to assist in maintaining compliance and the successful day to day operations in all aspects of property management at Waterman Senior Apartments in Maricopa, AZ. The role requires regular communication with residents to ensure on time rent payment and adherence to lease agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws
