Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS/Payroll Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will combine deep HRIS knowledge with advanced payroll, data and reporting skills to drive business insights, support compensation projects, and enhance decision-making across HR functions.
Requirements
- Serve as the HRIS and Payroll subject matter expert with ownership of Rippling HRIS & Payroll Processing system or similar large-scale HR system
- Ensure data accuracy, system configuration, and seamless HR technology operations
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards; leverage advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables) for data analysis
- Manage Payscale data and compensation pricing projects, ensuring competitive and compliant pay practices
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for Mission US
- Analyze and interpret HR survey data to support workforce planning, engagement, and compensation initiatives
