Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a museum, box office, customer service, retail, or fundraising setting
- Proficient experience with a point-of-sale/ticketing system or CRM
- Scheduling flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
