Job Description
Welcomes, admits, and directs guests ensuring the start of a positive visitor experience at the Butterfly House. Processes ticket purchases, provides information, and handles customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of visitor/customer service experience
- Cash handling and credit card transactions experience
- Ability to provide guest service in a fast-paced environment
