Talent Acquisition Lead - Paris

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll have dual responsibilities: recruiting for specific positions and leading a team of recruiters to ensure the efficiency of the recruiting strategy. You will partner with hiring managers to find talent, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Additionally, you will cascade recruiting strategies, analyze data to solve problems, help recruiters thrive, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting systems and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in research at an executive search or recruiting within a corporate environment
• Experience in complex recruiting in highly competitive talent markets
• Multi-year experience in leading recruiting teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open learning mindset and fast learner
• Capability and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues
• Organized, disciplined, and strong at both project and people management
• Target driven, detail oriented, and able to prioritize
• Fluent in English and experience recruiting internationally
