Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree in fields such as finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant professional work experience – preferably in a FP&A, controlling/ accounting role
- Proactive and self-driven person, with strong analytical skills combined with organizational and prioritization skills
- A team player with the ability to lead and motivate others
- Experience in implementing and maintaining strong governance over key financial KPI’s
- Good knowledge and understanding of IFRS accounting rules, key financial systems like ERP and BW, and data structures.
- Strong skills in all job-relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Second language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions
