Job Description
Mitel is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work as a business partner of Americas Service Organization, leading full business P&L from revenue to gross margin and providing analytical insights to support business executives on strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent
- 5+ years relevant professional work experience in FP&A, controlling/ accounting role
- Strong analytical skills, organizational and prioritization skills
- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate others
- Good knowledge of IFRS accounting rules, key financial systems like ERP and BW, and data structures
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Second language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Excellent communication skills
