Job Description
At Miter, we're on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence. We're using AI and embedded payments to rebuild the core HR, finance, and operations systems that underpin our physical economy. As a Launch Manager, you'll guide customers through onboarding, managing the full implementation process and providing visibility into project status and risk.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS implementation/onboarding, consulting or project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Customer-first mindset with high empathy and ownership
