Manager, Launch

Miter is hiring a Manager of Launch to lead our East team and coach and develop a team of Launch Managers responsible for onboarding customers onto Miter’s software.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of previous experience as a front-line manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Exceptional patience and resilience supporting customers and teams in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional data analysis skills to track metrics and inform decisions
• Experience leading implementations with heavy-reliance on 3rd-party API integrations
