Lead Product Designer

Miter is a software company that helps construction contractors build with confidence. They are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join their team and drive the design of core workflows and experiences across their platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
• Strong product thinking skills with a proven ability to simplify complex workflows and systems
• Experience conducting user research and speaking directly with customers to inform design decisions
• A high degree of ownership and initiative—you’re comfortable finding problems, defining scope, and driving solutions independently
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product and engineering partners
