Job Description
The Process & Governance Analyst supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Lifecycle framework for NGS portfolio elements, ensuring consistent application of PMO processes and facilitating lifecycle gate readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in PMO administration support, project governance, or process development within the power generation or industrial sector
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle frameworks, process governance, and business system integration
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical, business, or regulatory documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex processes, gather data, and translate inputs into structured process improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with SAP databases, SharePoint, or other PMO and process management tools
