Requirements

• Managing projects, including maintaining schedules, plans, and reporting progress
• Creating reports to support governance by collating, analysing, and evaluating data
• Analysing financial information to determine project and business performance
• Supporting resource management, communication mechanisms, change management, and developing documentation for projects
• Maintaining risks, actions, issues, and change registers
• Supporting supply chain interactions with major subcontractors
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and recommendations to leadership
• Supporting leadership in championing policy and process improvements for Ultra Maritime
