Requirements
- Managing projects, including maintaining schedules, plans, and reporting progress
- Creating reports to support governance by collating, analysing, and evaluating data
- Analysing financial information to determine project and business performance
- Supporting resource management, communication mechanisms, change management, and developing documentation for projects
- Maintaining risks, actions, issues, and change registers
- Supporting supply chain interactions with major subcontractors
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and recommendations to leadership
- Supporting leadership in championing policy and process improvements for Ultra Maritime
