Engineer III, Civil & Structural

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to support the structural engineering work of SCR gas duct systems for power applications. The role involves performing design and analysis of ductwork and structural components required for an SCR system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer licensure
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related engineering field
• Familiarity with ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, ACI, API, AWS, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, OSHA, and industry standards
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and experience with SAP2000 and GT STRUDL
• Familiarity with 2D CAD drafting tools and creation of integrated design in a 3D environment
