Field Service Engineer II

The Field Service Engineer II role provides engineering support for scheduled and emergent maintenance activities at customer power generation sites across the Americas. This position involves heavy domestic and international travel, applying field service engineering techniques and procedures in the installation, modification, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of gas turbines, steam turbines, valves, generators, and associated auxiliary equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a four-year college or university
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
• Proficiency with project management tools, databases, spreadsheets, word, and technical software
• Valid driver’s license and valid passport
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
