Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Development to lead the Learning and Development strategy, building future-ready workforce capabilities through skills-based development and technology-enabled learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in HR or organizational development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-level learning strategies and programs.
- Demonstrated success partnering with business units and executive leadership in global environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and modern learning technologies including Copilot or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 15–20% as required.
