Job Description
Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Development America is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Operations to lead global clinical operational activities. The role will oversee the execution of clinical trials and programs, manage vendors and CROs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- MS degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility in clinical operations
- Deep expertise in outsourcing and CRO management
- Successful experience in a large pharmaceutical company and complex matrix-based organization
- Proven history of drug R&D successes
- Experience in GI programs
- In-depth expertise in clinical and regulatory requirements
