We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist B2B who is passionate about success and progress, and who can drive customers to be more successful through advisory performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on mentality, sales experience, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Telephonic customer service and processing of incoming B2B inquiries (no cold calling)
- Reactivation of existing customers
- Qualification conversations along clear guidelines - goal-oriented and customer-focused
- Creation of needs-based offers
- Careful work with the customer database and office tools
- Recording of your results in clear daily key figures
