Requirements
- Conducting initial contacts via phone and digital channels
- Qualification of leads according to a structured guide
- Demand determination & counseling of potential customers
- Reactivation of existing customers
- Scheduling appointments for counseling conversations
- Preparation of offers, follow-ups & reiterations
- Accompanying customers until contract signing
- Documentation in the CRM system
- Structured application of guides
