Engineering Manager

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead distributed product teams across Europe and LATAM, partnering closely with Product & Design to ship faster, raise technical quality, and drive clear customer impact.

Requirements

• Proven EM experience leading distributed product-engineering teams in SaaS
• Strong project-management chops: plans with dates/owners/risks
• Technical judgement to challenge architecture and spot risk (reading PRs/ADRs is comfortable for you)
• Performance-management maturity: you act early, document clearly, and are decisive and fair
• Crisp communication: headline-first, outcome-oriented, comfortable with fast exec Q&A
• Customer orientation: you care that shipped work changes user behaviour or reduces pain in the real world
