Mixpanel is seeking an Enterprise Director, Sales to lead the Enterprise business across EMEA and design a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion. The role requires a commercially sharp and operationally rigorous leader who can build and scale a high-impact region.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- 5+ years leading Enterprise sales teams
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Experience building or scaling enterprise sales motions in multi-country environments
- Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance
- Proven ability to hire and develop high-performing sales teams
