We are looking for a results-driven Scaled Renewals Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves managing a portfolio of existing customers in North America, driving net revenue retention, and ensuring successful commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewals, Inside Sales, or a commercial CSM role
- Must be willing and able to work North American business hours (Night shift)
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience managing a book of business, hitting quotas, and closing deals
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with learning new software quickly
- AI Adoption: Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools and methods into daily work to drive efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Agility: A self-starter who can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and identify quick wins
