Job Description
Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to act as a financial partner to cross-functional leadership, performing strategic and tactical responsibilities and building financial models and frameworks to inform capital allocation, investment decisions, and resource prioritization.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive experience across strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or related analytical roles
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Experience interfacing with C-level executives and presenting strategic recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to actionable conclusions
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
