Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the racquet shop, providing exceptional service to members and guests, and managing retail sales, merchandising, inventory control, and administrative support for the racquets department.
Requirements
- Retail buying or merchandise purchasing experience required
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using point-of-sale and club management software systems
