The Salesforce Administrator performs User Management, Data Management, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Automation, Change Management, Security Management. The role requires a broad knowledge of customizing Salesforce, configuring the platform, managing users, and the available features, functions, and capabilities.
Requirements
- Partner with the Business Community
- Provide support to and serve as a point of contact for internal customers who request routine information, data summaries and/or reports.
- Identify areas of improvement for services provided both internally and outward facing, including measuring and reviewing technology trends.
- Develop, deploy, and report on various user satisfaction metrics, on a quarterly and/ or regular basis as needed and/or required, and under the direction of the IT Applications Manager.
- Assist in making requests, routing routine reporting, and defining a process for report requests.
- Drive Continuous Improvement in Information Technology
- Support the application users for designated business systems, including Salesforce, Salesforce Field service, Pardot, EDI Liaison, and Middleware technologies.
- Ensure assigned platforms are highly effective, efficient, and a positive tool to meet business and customer needs.
- Implement specified Quality Assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of data generated.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned areas; manage change requests and bugs resulting from the UAT processes, ensuring completion and retesting.
