Job Description
The Mechanical Plumbing/HVAC Estimator is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring the company has the necessary information to successfully bid and win projects. The Estimator must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure bids are received and work with the Division VP to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent and five years' related experience
- Three years of analytical experience required or statistical work equivalent
- Prior experience in Timberline or Quickpen
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Access required
- Experience with SharePoint and Bid Tracer is a plus
