We are a privately-owned, institutional investment manager and real estate project developer based in Munich, Germany. Our focus is on developing and creating affordable housing in Germany and Europe. We aim to change the paradigm of the residential construction industry by developing a standardized, highly optimized approach to drastically reduce construction costs while improving quality and reliability of housing.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Real Estate, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Building Engineering, or Engineering, or a comparable education
• Initial practical experience (e.g. through internships or work-student activities) is beneficial, but not mandatory
• Interest in project management and real estate development
• High performance capability, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Teamwork skills and willingness to take responsibility and further develop
• Unconventional thinking and the ability to question established methods and boldly try out new approaches in housing planning and construction
• Well-developed entrepreneurial thinking, high motivation, and a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
• Cost-consciousness is not a duty but a competitive advantage - you love closing projects below budget and before deadline
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PDF
