IT Field Services

MKS is seeking a dedicated IT Field Service Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for clients, and will report to the Manager of Field Service Operations. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for IT systems and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
