Principal Systems Engineer - Optical

A Principal Systems Engineer will lead the development of next-generation technologies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working with cross-functional teams to support innovative designs and differentiated technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or systems engineering or similar with 7+ years of experience
• Ability to understand and manage tradeoffs between cost, performance, and schedules
• Skilled with the design and test of complex hardware/embedded software systems
• Proven accomplishments in electrical or systems design or similar
• Strong technical communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills
• Skilled with Failure Analysis (FMEA) and structured problem solving
