Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Ecosystem to lead the growth strategy for our client's infrastructure layer, which connects deposited capital to the best risk-adjusted yield opportunities across Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
- Broad domain experience across key blockchain ecosystems, specifically with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
- Deep passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield generation.
