Head of Ecosystem

Ecosystem & Growth Lead (Web3/DeFi) position open for a highly motivated and autonomous individual obsessed with growth and equipped with a proven track record in the Web3 business development space. The candidate will own the end-to-end ecosystem strategy for a foundational DeFi protocol, drive adoption and scaling, and cultivate high-impact partnerships across the Web3 landscape.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
• Broad domain experience across key blockchain ecosystems, specifically with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana networks.
• Demonstrated success in building, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
