Part-Time Office Manager (In-Person) to support on-site operations at our client's Brooklyn office, ensuring the workspace remains professional, fully operational, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Daily Office Operations: Serve as the primary on-site support for daily needs, including managing coffee service, light hospitality, and general day-to-day logistics.
- Inventory & Procurement: Develop and execute a monthly stocking plan for office supplies and the micro-kitchen, ensuring snacks, drinks, and coffee are always available.
- Meeting & Event Support: Prepare the office and reserve rooms for in-person meetings; manage setup, supplies, cleanliness, and A/V readiness.
- Workspace Maintenance: Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming; coordinate with building services and cleaning vendors to maintain professional standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and building management for deliveries, maintenance, and various office services.
- Executive Support: Provide logistical support to the CEO with ad hoc requests, including meeting preparation, light event coordination, and daily administrative tasks.
- Culture Building: Plan and execute in-office events and team gatherings, managing all logistics, vendor relations, and on-site setup.
