Assistant Project Manager (I&E)

MMR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager candidate to support project leadership in procurement, contract change management, reporting, documentation, and cost tracking. The candidate should have a BS in Construction Management or related field, experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, and 2-6 years project support experience.

Requirements

• Assist with organization, planning, scheduling, and subcontractor scheduling of the project
• Develop job tracking systems including schedule, productivity, and cost
• Maintain and update tracking systems, schedules, cost reports
• Participate in weekly client update meetings
• Prepare and submit weekly client update reports
• Prepare and submit change orders
• Coordinate with site supervision to build work packages
• Prepare and submit client invoices
• Maintain RFI log, change order log, invoice log, restraint log, drawing log, equipment log, material log
• Update schedule of values and preparing client invoices
• Field material and equipment purchasing as required
• Manage assigned scopes under PM direction
